This Privacy Policy explains how Mr George Nabil - أ/جورج نبيل collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information through our website, student platform, Android video player app, online courses, homework, exams, notifications, and communication channels.

Our platform provides online educational services for students and their parents or legal guardians, including course access, video lessons, homework, exams, progress tracking, reports, follow-up, notifications, and educational communication.

By using our website, platform, or Android app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mr George Nabil - أ/جورج نبيل. “Student”, “parent”, “guardian”, or “user” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the service.

2. Platform Structure

Our service includes:

  • Public website and booking pages
  • Student web platform
  • Admin/teacher dashboard
  • Homework and exam systems
  • Notification systems
  • Secure Android video player app

The Android app is not a full web platform. It is a secure native video player used to play lessons that the student has already accessed through the platform.

3. Information We Collect on the Web Platform

When a student or parent books a course, contacts us, or uses the platform, we may collect:

  • Student full name
  • Student phone number or WhatsApp number
  • Parent or guardian phone number
  • Parent or guardian job
  • Gender
  • School grade / school year
  • Area of residence / city / governorate
  • Login phone number
  • Password or authentication data
  • Course enrollment and subscription status
  • Manual payment status and wallet records
  • Login activity, device information, IP address, and browser information

We do not currently collect email addresses as part of the student account system.

4. Educational Progress and Learning Data

To provide the educational service, we collect and process educational activity data, including:

  • Course progress
  • Month, week, lesson, and video completion
  • Video watch time
  • Video playback position
  • Watched video segments
  • Homework submissions
  • Homework review status and teacher feedback
  • Exam attempts
  • Exam answers
  • Exam scores and results
  • Attendance or activity records
  • Student reports, points, wallet balances, and performance indicators

We use this information to operate the platform, track student progress, prepare reports, unlock content, support students, and communicate with parents where needed.

5. Homework Uploads

The web platform may allow students to upload homework images or PDF files.

Uploaded homework may include handwritten answers, notes, academic work, or other information the student chooses to include in the file.

Homework files are used so teachers and authorized staff can review the submission, provide feedback, and track progress.

Homework files are stored privately and are made available only to the student and authorized teachers, assistants, or staff through access-controlled or temporary secure links.

Students must only upload their own academic work and must not upload illegal, offensive, harmful, or unrelated content.

6. Exams, Answers, and Scores

We collect exam attempts, answers, timestamps, scores, marks, and review information.

This data is used to grade the student’s work, show results, prepare reports, follow academic progress, and improve the learning experience.

7. Video Playback, Watch Tracking, and Anti-Piracy

When a student watches a video, we may record:

  • Video identifier
  • Playback position
  • Watch time
  • Watched segments
  • Resume position
  • Completion percentage
  • IP address
  • User agent / browser or device information
  • Device identifier
  • Session timestamps
  • A personal watermark or support code shown on the video

We use this data to allow students to resume videos, track lesson completion, protect course access, prevent account sharing, investigate unauthorized sharing, and improve the service.

Videos may include a visible moving watermark linked to the student account. If video content is recorded, leaked, or shared without permission, this watermark may be used to identify the account responsible.

8. Android App Data

Our Android app is a secure native video player used for secure video playback.

The Android app does not create student accounts, does not provide a homework upload feature, and does not directly collect student registration data such as student name, phone number, parent phone number, grade, residence, homework answers, exam answers, or payment details.

The Android app may collect and process limited technical and usage data, including:

  • Random per-installation device identifier
  • Firebase Installation ID
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging token
  • Device model
  • Operating system version
  • App version
  • Crash logs and diagnostic information
  • Video playback progress
  • Watch position and watched ranges
  • A support/watermark code and per-playback session identifiers. These contain no student name or phone number, but the support/watermark code stays the same for a student across app reinstalls and device changes and is linked to the student account. We therefore treat it as personal data, not as anonymous data.
  • Google Play Integrity verification data

This data is used for secure video playback, notifications, crash diagnostics, content protection, fraud prevention, and lesson progress/resume features.

9. Data the Android App Does Not Collect

The Android app does not access or collect:

  • Camera data
  • Microphone data
  • Precise or approximate location
  • Contacts
  • SMS messages
  • Call logs
  • Photos, videos, or files
  • Homework images or uploaded files
  • Payment card or bank details
  • Advertising ID
  • Meta/Facebook tracking data
  • Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics data

10. Notifications

We may send notifications through the web platform, browser, Android app, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, phone calls, or other official communication channels.

Notifications may include:

  • New lesson announcements
  • Homework reminders
  • Exam reminders
  • Results
  • Subscription or access updates
  • Important platform updates
  • Support messages

We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to send web and app notifications. To do this, we store device notification tokens linked to the student account or device.

Users can disable browser or app notifications through browser or device settings.

11. WhatsApp and Telegram Communication

We may communicate with students and parents through WhatsApp and Telegram for:

  • Booking and registration follow-up
  • Account activation
  • Login details or password handover
  • Course updates
  • Homework and exam reminders
  • Support
  • Group access
  • Important announcements

When you provide a phone number or connect Telegram, we may use that information to contact you about the educational service.

WhatsApp and Telegram are third-party services and your use of them is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Offline Manual Payments

Course payments are currently handled offline through manual payment methods.

We do not process online card payments through the platform or Android app.

We may store limited payment-related records, including:

  • Payment status
  • Subscription or course access status
  • Wallet balance
  • Wallet transactions
  • Top-up codes
  • Installment records
  • Payment confirmation notes
  • Payment dates
  • Payment amounts
  • Manual payment references
  • Payment verification information

For payment verification, we may process sender payment references, phone numbers, InstaPay identifiers, payment notification text, or similar confirmation data.

We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank card details, or online payment credentials.

13. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use necessary cookies to operate the website and student platform, including login sessions, CSRF protection, and device/session security. These are always active and cannot be switched off, because the service does not work without them.

We group optional technologies into two categories: Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Advertising Measurement (Meta Pixel). Both are off until you allow them, and both apply to our public website pages only.

Tracking preference cookie

To remember your choices we store one small first-party cookie named gn_tracking_consent. It contains only your category choices, the version of the consent wording you were shown, where the choice was made (consent banner, settings panel, or booking form), and the time it was saved.

This cookie contains no student identity, no parent details, no booking form contents, no account or booking identifier, and no Google or Meta identifiers. It is set for approximately 180 days, after which you will be asked again. Remembering your choice is itself a necessary function, so this cookie is stored even if you decline the optional categories.

14. Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is used on our public marketing pages (the landing page, contact page, booking page and its success page, and these policy pages). It is not used in the private student application, on student dashboards, lessons, homework, exams, results, or wallet pages.

We use Google's Advanced Consent Mode. Before you grant Analytics permission, Google's consent defaults are set to denied and limited cookieless measurement may occur — no normal Google Analytics cookie is written or read. After you grant Analytics permission, analytics storage is enabled and normal Google Analytics measurement may operate.

Google advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation remain disabled in this implementation, and Google Ads features are not enabled. Ads data redaction is switched on.

Google Analytics may receive page views, generic link and call-to-action clicks, browser/device information, and — after a successful booking — a generic generate_lead event. We do not send a user ID or custom personal dimensions, and the data you type into the booking form is not intentionally sent to Google.

15. Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel is used on our approved public marketing pages only. It is not used in the private student application.

Meta Pixel is not loaded at all until you grant Advertising Measurement permission — either through the consent controls, or through the required booking acknowledgement followed by a booking that saves successfully. Until then, no Meta script is requested, no PageView is sent, and this implementation creates no Meta tracking cookie.

Once allowed, Meta may receive a generic PageView for the public page you are on and, after a successful booking, a generic Lead event. Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching is disabled, so the pixel does not read your form fields, and we pass no customer data — hashed or otherwise — when initialising it. The data you type into the booking form is not intentionally sent to Meta.

If you later withdraw Advertising Measurement permission, we stop sending Meta events, do not initialise Meta on later page loads, and clear the Meta cookies our website can access (_fbp, _fbc) if present. Withdrawal applies to future tracking; we cannot claim that information already transmitted has been deleted.

16. Booking Form and Measurement

The booking form contains one combined required acknowledgement covering our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, Google Analytics measurement, and Meta Pixel advertising measurement.

Ticking that box does not switch tracking on by itself. Full Analytics and Advertising Measurement are enabled only after your booking has been stored successfully. A successful booking may then generate one generic Lead event to Meta and one generic generate_lead event to Google Analytics, each identified by a random event reference.

Those events deliberately carry no student name, parent name, phone number, email address, gender, grade, place of residence, parent occupation, account or booking identifier, payment or wallet information, or monetary value. The information you submitted in the booking form is not intentionally included.

17. Your Tracking Choices

When you first visit our public website you can choose Accept all, Essential only, or Customize to allow Analytics and Advertising Measurement independently. Necessary technologies stay on in every case.

You can change your choices at any time through the Privacy Settings control in our website footer. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking. It does not cancel a booking, does not affect your account, and does not affect your course access.

18. Third-Party Measurement Processing

Google and Meta process the measurement information described above as independent third parties, under their own terms and privacy policies. This processing may take place outside Egypt.

19. Firebase and Google Services

We use selected Google Firebase and Google Play services.

Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to send push notifications.

Firebase Crashlytics is used in the Android app to collect crash reports and diagnostic information. Crash reports may include device model, operating system version, app version, error details, and pseudonymous account, device and credential references — including the support/watermark code described in section 8. Those references are linked to the student account and are not anonymous. Crash reports do not include student names, phone numbers, email addresses, homework answers, exam answers, grades, payment information, sign-in credentials, or secure video links.

Firebase Installations is used to issue the installation identifier that the Firebase services above rely on.

Firebase Sessions is included with Firebase Crashlytics in the Android app. It records when the app is opened and moved to the foreground or background, and reports that activity to Google linked to the Firebase Installation ID, so that crash and stability reporting can be grouped by app session.

Google Play Integrity is used in the Android app to help verify that the app is genuine and unmodified before secure video playback.

20. Third-Party Services

We may share limited information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate the service.

These may include:

  • Bunny.net for video streaming and content delivery
  • Google Firebase for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), crash and stability diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Sessions), and installation identifiers (Firebase Installations)
  • Google Play services for app integrity checks
  • WhatsApp for communication
  • Telegram for group access and communication
  • Hosting, infrastructure, database, queue, and storage providers
  • Technical support and development service providers
  • Teachers, assistants, and authorized staff
  • Legal or government authorities when required by law

We do not sell personal information.

21. Staff Access

Authorized teachers, assistants, agents, and administrators may access student and parent information only as needed to operate the educational service, manage accounts, review homework, grade exams, provide support, confirm payments, and protect the platform.

Access is limited based on roles and permissions where possible.

22. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We may keep:

  • Account and student records while the student account is active
  • Educational progress records for follow-up and reports
  • Homework and exam records for academic review
  • Video watch records for progress tracking and anti-piracy
  • Payment and wallet records for accounting and dispute handling
